Printing and Packaging Services:

The Company provides professional printing and packaging services to its customers.
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company, and the Company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at its discretion.

Printing Faults:

The Company shall make every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of any printing services provided as part of the packaging.
If any printing fault or discrepancy is found in the completed packaging, the Customer must notify the Company within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
Claims made beyond the 3-day period will not be considered, and the Company shall not be held responsible for any damages or replacement costs.
The Customer must provide clear evidence of the printing fault, such as photographs or samples, to support their claim.

Order Approval and Proofs:

The Company will provide the Customer with proofs of the packaging design before final production.
The Customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the proofs and ensuring that all details, including artwork, text, and layout, are accurate and meet their requirements.
Approval of the proofs by the Customer is considered final acceptance and authorization for the Company to proceed with printing and packaging production.
The Company shall not be held liable for any errors or discrepancies in the final product that were present in the approved proofs.

Payment Terms:

Payment for printing and packaging services is due upon placing the order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The Company reserves the right to request partial or full payment in advance for certain orders or from new customers.

In the event of late payment, the Customer may be subject to additional charges, including interest, as permitted by law.

Delivery and Shipping:

The Company will make every effort to meet agreed-upon delivery dates for completed orders.

However, the Company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to shipping delays, natural disasters, or material shortages.

The risk of loss or damage to the packaging products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery.

Intellectual Property:

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all artwork, designs, and materials provided for printing and packaging do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

The Customer retains ownership of any intellectual property rights related to their materials and grants the Company a non-exclusive license to use such materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

Confidentiality:

The Company acknowledges that any information and materials provided by the Customer may be confidential in nature.

The Company agrees to use such information only for the purpose of fulfilling the order and shall take reasonable measures to maintain its confidentiality.

Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability for any claims arising out of or related to printing and packaging services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific order.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.
