Contact us at support@colorwing.com to start the return process. Approved returns must be shipped within 3 business days. A 30% return shipping cost applies (no restocking fee). Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns are accepted only for defective products or if we used incorrect materials. Customized items and minor variations in color or size are non-returnable. If the issue is due to shipping errors or damage in transit, we'll cover 70% of the return shipping. Refunds are processed within 15–25 business days after product inspection.
