Our standard turnaround time is 12 to 15 business days. The Company will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon delivery date for completed orders; however, it shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, weather conditions, public holidays, floods, fires, delays by shipping companies, global customs disputes, or accidents during delivery. The risk of loss or damage to the packaging products passes to the Customer upon delivery. Please note that our Delivery and Shipping Policy is subject to change or modification with or without prior notice.

You can request a return within 3 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us at support@colorwing.com to start the return process. Approved returns must be shipped within 3 business days. A 30% return shipping cost applies (no restocking fee). Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns are accepted only for defective products or if we used incorrect materials. Customized items and minor variations in color or size are non-returnable. If the issue is due to shipping errors or damage in transit, we'll cover 70% of the return shipping. Refunds are processed within 15–25 business days after product inspection.

Yes. Our paper labels are smudge proof and avoid fading. We print them using high quality inks to ensure they look the same even after a long time.

Once your design is approved and sent for production, you will be able to receive your labels in 12 to 15 working days.
