You can request a return within 3 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us at support@colorwing.com to start the return process. Approved returns must be shipped within 3 business days. A 30% return shipping cost applies (no restocking fee). Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns are accepted only for defective products or if we used incorrect materials. Customized items and minor variations in color or size are non-returnable. If the issue is due to shipping errors or damage in transit, we'll cover 70% of the return shipping. Refunds are processed within 15–25 business days after product inspection.

Yes, we give you complete freedom to either upload your own design file or create from scratch. If you are uploading it then please keep note that the file format should be in .PDF or .PSD to avoid inconvenience. You also get our design services to improve your existing artwork.

Our order processing time is quick and if your approved box design is already processed then cancellation or changes would be impossible.
