Our standard turnaround time is 12 to 15 business days. The Company will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon delivery date for completed orders; however, it shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control. You can request a return within 3 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us at support@colorwing.com to start the return process. Approved returns must be shipped within 3 business days. A 30% return shipping cost applies (no restocking fee). Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns are accepted only for defective products or if we used incorrect materials. Customized items and minor variations in color or size are non-returnable. If the issue is due to shipping errors or damage in transit, we'll cover 70% of the return shipping. Refunds are processed within 15–25 business days after product inspection.
