You can request a return within 3 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns are accepted only for defective products or if we used incorrect materials. Customized items and minor variations in color or size are non-returnable. If the issue is due to shipping errors or damage in transit, we'll cover 70% of the return shipping. Refunds are processed within 15–25 business days after product inspection.
